Ann Marie joined Kenyon Disend, PLLC in 2010, after interning at Kenyon Disend in 2009 and graduating from the University of Washington School of Law.  With an undergraduate degree in Geography and Land Use Planning, Ann Marie frequently advises our clients on land use issues and has represented our clients in LUPA cases, Growth Management Hearings Board appeals, plat hearings, and related matters. Ann Marie has also developed a special emphasis on open government issues.  She provides public records training to local government employees and officials, as well as our own Kenyon Disend staff, and is often a speaker on Public Records Act compliance.  Ann Marie is the City Attorney for the City of Roslyn and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tukwila.  

In addition, Ann Marie now serves as Interim City Attorney for the City of Edgewood.  She has also served as interim or acting city attorney or assistant city attorney for several municipalities during vacancies and extended leaves of absence. She served as the interim City Attorney for Burien, interim City Attorney for Lake Forest Park, interim Assistant City Attorney for Mercer Island, and acting City Attorney for Snoqualmie, and has served in a recurring role as a Special Assistant City Attorney for Bellevue since 2012.
