David A. Linehan


Experience & Practice Area

Before joining Kenyon Disend, David was a partner in the Seattle office of an international law firm. David brings a wealth of litigation and transactional experience to assist our clients in many diverse areas.  David’s practice includes eminent domain, land use litigation and appeals, utilities and telecommunications franchises, LID assessments, tax disputes, and general municipal advice.  David is also recognized for his substantial expertise in the areas of First Amendment and intellectual property law.  Currently, David serves as City Attorney for Black Diamond, and Town Attorney for Hunts Point and Beaux Arts Village.
