Experience & Practice Area
Eileen handles a wide variety of municipal matters for numerous Kenyon Disend clients, such as utility, telecommunications, land use, and public works issues, as well as litigation and administrative hearings. She has particular experience in utility and telecommunications issues, including negotiating franchise and telecommunications lease agreements. Eileen also serves as the City Attorney for the City of North Bend.
Prior to joining Kenyon Disend, Eileen spent seven years practicing municipal and utility law in Austin, Texas with private law firms, and two years with the Texas Department of Transportation.
Eileen was named a “Rising Star” by Washington Super Lawyers Magazine in 2018 and 2019. Less than 2.5% of Washington lawyers are selected for this honor.
