Experience & Practice Area

Prior to joining Kenyon Disend, Kim spent 11 years as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Kent and 10 years before that as a real estate and land use attorney in private practice.  While at the City of Kent, Kim's practice heavily emphasized land use and real estate.   Kim handles a variety of land use matters and special projects for numerous cities.  Currently, Kim serves as City Attorney for the City of Lake Forest Park, and as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Sammamish.
