Rachel B. Turpin


Experience & Practice Area

Rachel Turpin started her legal career as a Rule 9 intern with Kenyon Disend in 2006, and subsequently was hired by the firm as an associate attorney.  Rachel’s current practice focuses on all areas of municipal law, with particular emphasis on municipal contracting and public disclosure.  She serves as the City Attorney for the cities of Tukwila and Duvall and as legal counsel for the Si View and Fall City Metropolitan Park Districts.  Rachel also handles special projects for various other cities.
